Terms & Conditions


  1. Parents must complete the registration form and provide accurate details of their child. 
  2. Children are expected to attend club sessions regularly and on time. 
  3. Parents should inform the club in advance if their child will be absent. 
  4. Children are expected to behave respectfully towards other members, staff, and equipment. 
  5. Bullying, disruptive behavior, or damage to property will not be tolerated. 
  6. The club will ensure a safe learning environment for all children. 
  7. Parents must inform the club of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs. 
  8. The club is not responsible for lost personal items (toys, gadgets, money, etc.). 
  9. Parents are responsible for dropping off and picking up their child on time. 
  10. Photos/videos of activities may be taken for learning and publicity purposes. Parents who do not consent should notify the club in writing. 
  11. All projects created by children remain part of the club’s learning activities, though children may take some home when applicable. 
  12. Refunds (if applicable) will only be given for sessions missed due to club cancellation, not for absences. 

By registering, parents agree to these terms and conditions and support their child’s active participation in Techforkids.
